About the Game
Dive deep into the cosmos in this 2D pixel-art space shooter, inspired by the class game Asteroids by Atari. Control your physics-based spaceship across three distinct game modes where you dodge asteroids, avoid timed space bombs, and escape from the immense gravitational pull of black holes. Grab power-ups and set high scores in Void Rocks!
How to Play
Space Threats:
- Asteroids: Rocky obstacles hurtling through space
- Space bombs: Timed explosives that countdown to a devastating blast if you're too near.
- Black holes: Vortexes with a powerful gravitational pull, drawing everything into them
Power-Ups:
- Burst fire: Bend time, slowing the movement of asteroids and space bombs for your advantage
- Shield: Protects your ship from asteroids and space bombs
- Burst fire: Supercharge your shots with a rapid-fire spree
Scoring:
- Small asteroid: +25
- Space bomb: +50
- Large asteroid: +100
Controls
- W, A, D: Spaceship Movement
- LMB or Spacebar: Shoot missile
- E: Use power-up
